Toshiba Laptop. Model #m115

when i press on start menu it immediately closes down.keyboard is also not working

Based on your description, there might be a problem with the Operating System or User Account of your Toshiba M115 S1061 laptop. Before deciding to reinstall the Operating System, you can try creating a new user account first if you are using Windows 7 or Windows Vista. These are the steps.

1. Click Start/Windows logo

2. Click Control Panel

3. Click the Add or Remove User Accounts link

4. Click the Create a New Account link

5. After creating an account, restart your computer and login to that newly created account
