Where Do I Plug In My Camera To Import Pictures

To import the pictures from you camera to your PC, locate the usb port on the camera plug the cable into that port and to the usb port on your PC.  Turn on the camera, windows should see and install the camera as a usb storage device, and allow you then to import the pics to the PC.
