Toshiba Hdtb110ek3ba Not Found

I put my new Toshiba HDTB110EK3BA on two machines and they cannot both find/discover it

If it's not being detected on either machine then it's likely dead. You might want to try a different USB cable to make sure it's not that. If it's still not being detected then I recommend trying to remove the hard drive from the enclosure and putting it in a new one. There's always the possibility that it's just the enclosure and the hard drive itself is fine.
