Trouble With D-r560ku Wand (or Remote).

08-31-2012 Hello and thank you for your help! The wand has become hard to use. SEVERAL of the buttons must be pressed very, VERY hard in order to get them to function. Is this a repairable or fixable thing? Or do I need a new wand? Or, is there something wrong with the actual DVD RECORDER? OR, are my TV recording days over? [smile] Please advise me with a phone call if possible. My phone is 513-321-3333 and between 1:00 to 4:00 PM EASTERN on any day is OK to call. Thanks again. Best regards, Keith A.
