Toshibad-r4su Recording Issue.
I have a recording issue. No matter what I try to record I get an error message "content is protected and recording will pause". It happens about two minutes into recording. any suggestions?

You're either using junk media, there's a lot more bad discs than good, the lens needs cleaned or the burner is dying. The recorders actually made by Toshiba were hands down the best ever made but the burners in them tend not to last a long time. That's pretty much the case with all standalone recorders, the burners just don't last as long as PC burners
