Internet Explorer Not Working On My Toshiba

I recommend downloading an alternate browser as the version of Internet Explorer on Windows XP is no longer supported by many websites. Two of the best browsers you can get are Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. If you need your bookmarks from IE, both browsers will give you the option to import your bookmarks when you start them for the first time.
