I Also Need A Copy Of The Disc That Came With My Pc
I can't get it to go online. Windows can't find the driver software for my pc. Device software won't install correctly I would like to delete everything and wipe the hard drive clean,can that be done ? So it will act like its brand new.

Even if you will reformat your computer hard disk drive in infinite times, you won't get your comptuer system to work. This is because the driver software of the computer should always come with the unit. This is actually the drive software for the motherboard in specific.
The best solution for your problem is to search for that particular driver software and install it into your computer system. However, if you really cannot find the driver software you are looking for, identify the type and model of your computer motherboard or laptop and search it on their website support.
I am sure that there is a downloadable driver software there for your computer just download it, save it to your flash drive and install it in your computer system.
