What Does A Blinking Yellow Light Mean

when I turn T V  on, yellow light blinks about 15 times,goes off, blue light comes on, no picture/change channels, picture finally comes on

the yellow blinking is normal, this is the "seine board" booting. Then the blue LED is when the TV is starting up. It could take close to a minute before the picture is shown. If the lmp is getting weak then it might take several attempts before it lights up and stays on.
