Tv Will Turn On But No Picture, No Sound, No Access To Menus.
The lamp will light up but it sounds like the tv is trying to cycle up and down several times. The power button on the side of the TV has to be held for 5 seconds to turn off since this problem started. I've changed out the lamp even though I knew it was not the problem. When I unplug the TV and then plug it in again the yellow light blinks about three times and then goes off. I turn on the power and the blue light comes on and stays on. I've taken off the back and looked at the fuse; it is fine. I do not see any ballast/capacitator issues either. Could it be the power supply? If so can this be purchased and replaced myself??
