No Video Signal?
No Video Signal. is displayed every time I turn on the tv. It also does this for the cable box and any game console.

If this is being displayed in every video mode, and you've verified that your cables are all good, then the TV is defective.
There is not much you can do from your home beyone checking the cables and trying different audio/video sources. Return it to the retailer you purchased it from.
Have them check it in the showroom before you leave it for repair.
If it's new enough try to get a new replacement unit.
