My Toshiba Screen Is White With A Little Color And Lines Verticaly Threw It...

It would be better if you attach pictures, but I will give you a couple tips to help you understand what to expect. I highly suggest you take it to an authorized Toshiba repair shop for an estimate.

The set can be broken into stages that affect the picture, there is the power supply that runs all the boards and the LCD panel. The main board takes the video signal and converts it to a digital signal that the LCD panel can use to produce the picture (there is a T-Con board attached to this panel).

The white screen could be caused by all three of these stages, the lines are the biggest tell. If they move around with the video signal then it could be either the main or the T-con boards. If the lines are in the same place or there is no obvious video behind the white screen, then it could be the power board or the LCD panel.
