When We Turned It On Today, There Is Sound But No Picture

This sounds like you are having problems with the back lights. To see the picture on the LCD screen you must have light shining through it. Behind the LCD glass screen (inside the panel) is an array of thin florescent tubes (similar to those in shop lights) That are controlled by an inverter circuit board. You may see, when you first turn it on, the screen start to glow for a second. If you see this, then you might see that the screen isn't full lit up. Many times you can see which lamp tube isn't properly lighting before the inverter board senses the problem and turns them all off. A technician is needed to determine if it's that stage of the inverter, or the lamp tube. the board is available, but to get the tube replaced will require an entire panel (very expensive).
