I Am Having Trouble Getting The Best Picture Out Of My Tv....can You Give The4 Best Settings For A Toshiba 40bl702b

It is not possible to change the video quality of your Toshiba 40BL702B because the settings are all integrated to its circuit board. Based on my research, your TV has already a Full-HD 1080p resolution which I think a good quality TV. You can read the full information/specifications here.
