Ftao Lewis Customer Care Team Ref 101020-001318 Repair No:der3882379.

Hi Lewis, looked at my tomtom next morrnig & the bar code effect had gone so I pluged back into the car AND IT WORKED ! been using for the last 3 days still ok. Hope this reaches you. if poss e-mail to let me know Thanks for all your help Jim Hendry.
