Printer Problem
I have a model WPP-55T-200 printer with the DiscSprinter WPB-3150-00. I have replaced the ink rollers due to it saying they were out of ink. However, after replacing the rollers I am still getting the following error message: "DLLAL: Printer is out of toner, ink, or ribbon. Change cartridge or ribbon. Then retry." I have done this and continue to get the error message.

Be sure the ribbons are loaded to their proper cartridge: ink ribbon to the ink ribbon cartridge (rainbow sticker) and transfer (clear film) to the transfer cartridge (yellow triangle). Also, you need to clean the platten roller and printhead anytime you load a new set of ribbons. Once you load the ribbons, lock the white lever and close the side door, this resets the printer and gets on READY mode. Once this happens clear the error message in PoINT and resume the printjob.
