Order Cancellation And Deposit Refund

Hello. After chatting and phone calls , we set appointment on Subaru dealership in Libertyville. First frustration -- person what I had communication was only internet boy. We started from beginning.... We have very serious idea to buy New CAR. After traditional sales plays Test Drive we get idea paperwork writed by hand. To proof our series wonders sales ask us for deposit. Any papers do not have any my Signature !!! On august 15 it was not any base model around. ...... When we get home, We received 2 much better offers. I informed Dealership to match prices. , or cancel our paperwork and refund on credit card. Several times I sent E-ml abot refund and have copy . I hope SUBARU can keep NAME--- .not like chip used car dealer. Great car should be great service.
