Sub Zero Fridge Old Model 251r

my sub zero is an older model 251rfk. Freezer on bottom. The fan in fridge was making noises and now fridge warm and can not spinning . Freezer working fine. Wondering is the problem just the fan if so can I order and replace myself. I don't know part number and where would I order it. Thanks
