What Scam Is This?
my daughters Samsung broke. She has the warranty. You sent her a box and we sent it in. The temp replacement phone you sent was bogus and didn't work. When she called you....gee there is no record of her sending her phone in OR of this bogus replacement phone. What a scam. AND you won't send her phone back. What kind of scam and rip off are you pulling? Make it right you jerks.
