8 Amp Fuses Keep Blowing As Soon As I Replace Them

Then there is a wire crossed or rubbed through either two power wires or a power and ground are touching and blowing the fuse.If it blowing as you say with out the radio hooked up then start tracing the wires back to the fuse box were you are getting power and look at all connections again to make sure they are all hooded to the correct wires,so get the manual out and start tracing.
