Sony Vaio Vgn-fs840w Touchpad Problem- How To Re-enable?
Spent about 45 minutes on phone to Sony help line to no avail. Reinstalled mouse software, utility library, restored computer to 2 different earlier dates and nothing worked. Now they are saying i need to reinstall system (which means the pain of getting all my files off my computer and wiping it clean so they can rule out that it's not a software problem).
Somehow my touchpad has become disabled. Does anyone have any possible solutions to re-enabling it? I'm sure it's just the case of accidentally disabling it???Would appreciate anyone's advice on this one.
