My Tablet Will Not Go Past The Start Up Screen What Do I Do

Greetings - The tablet's system may have gotten corrupted - a sure fix to this is a Hard/Factory Reset (ITS ONLY THAT THE RESET WILL ERASE ALL THE PERSONAL DATA CURRENTLY ON THE DEVICE) - You do the following to evoke Recovery Mode to Hard Reset you device one you have made up your mind.
1. Switch off the Tablet
2. Press both Volume keys () and the Power Button together
3. Release the Power botton after 1 second while the Volume keys are still pressed
4. You should now see a menu (release the volume keys) from which you proceed with your Hard Reset > press the Home button > (use Volume Up(+) and Down(-) to scroll up and down) proceed to Wipe all Data/Factory reset...Hope this helps
