Error 92 103 (not Displayed)

When loading XDcam disk it took long time to wait after it shut down the machine.I checked the Error Logger it shows in the question title.

When synchronization system errors are detected, the following error codes are displayed:

System control CPU: IC1900 on the DPR-291 board

Main code (92), Sub code (103):

103 (Not displayed): System control CPU detects no signal is input into the REF VIDEO IN connector.
