Removing Hard Drive From Sony Rx550 Pc

I am taking my very old SONY RX550 to the local recycling center.  For security purposes, what should I remove before I take it there (hard drive, etc.), and what does it look like/where is it located on the PC?

The most important thing that you need to remove is the Hard Disk Drive because this part is where all your confidential files are stored. You can refer to the user's manual for this here:
