If everything is setup correctly in your network, and you're still having issues, receiving this error, I would advise contacting your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to troubleshoot. If they say everything is fine on their end, then I would contact Sony to see what's going on/if it's defective, etc.

I have D-Link DIR 655 version A4 and version B1 also version C1 that I can connect one at a time to Motorola Modem with a built in router. I can get it to work - wired or wirelessly in the same room yet the same problem as you at a distance.

I have B0009445D0A6.LF-V30US.MyNetAV.com - is The MyNetAV.com server still active?

With Version A4 I get this router status error 02 yet with version B1 or C1 I get Configuration Complete also from the Motorola too - I still do not see it - will share once I get.

That is the only answer I can give at the moment

I will go somewhere and see what happens - sometimes it works while still having errors.

I have a D-Link Router connected to Motorola Modem with Router Combination. I had it working once from the D-Link Router yet I had this problem after reinstall it. Then when I moved the Ethernet over to the Main Router. It now works. If that is all that fixed it - its great. I still find I have no problems
