Tv Will Not Power Up

The TV will blink 7 times in the standby mode only. I have powered down for 10 minutes and still no picture?

7 flashes is horizantal deflection stopped. There is apparently a service bulletin, Service bulletin E28041743, that the general public is not privy to which further explains the common D board faults.chances are you will have to take it tot a shop
