Sony 36 Inch Tube Wont Turn On Tv Blinks 7 Times

Try power cycling the TV: power it off, unplug it and leave it unplugged for a few minutes. Plug it back in and turn it on. Restore settings back to factory defaults.
Still experiencing issues: I would recommend seeking service repairs. Bear in mind, depending on the issue(s), repair costs may not be cost effective. Therefore, you may want to consider pursuing replacement.
