Remote And Front Panel Buttons Do Not Work

the remote does not work anymore.  bought new remote and new universal remotes, none work.  stock remote does not work.  Additionally, the front panel buttons do not work. Power button works, off and on.  Once on, the vol and channel buttons display setup menu.  Menu is only off and on.  How can I fix?
