this is a CRT driven rear projection model, there is no lamps in this model. There is a red, green and a blue CRT (picture tube) that points at a mirror and reflects on the screen to develop the picture. if this set is no longer producing a picture then usually a blinking indicator will help a technician determine which circuit has failed.
