Thanks Tv Dan. How Do I Align The Lens Assembly? I Installed The A-1606-010-a

I installed the Optical Block myself & it was a real PAIN.  Can you please give me a detailed explanation of exactly how I can adjust it?

This isn't a procedure in the service manual because it should have been preset. That's why I asked if you had the correct engine part number. There are three of them total because there are three different sizes of this model series. I really suspect you have not properly positioned the optical engine so the focus is off slightly, or the optical engine is a rebuild and it came from a smokers home.

basically you will need to twist the lens assy (it's threaded into place) to either raise it or lower it. There will be some set screw or something to hold it in place. You will need to find this stop and release it so you can play with the lens to find the best position.
