Picure /sound Loss After 30 Seconds, Returns After 30 Seconds. No Flashing Red

no flashing red or green. all connections good. reboot /power disconnect tried. maybe its just on its last leg?

Yes, from the sounds of it, it'll need repairs. Due to the age of the TV though, repairs will be costly, and may be cheaper to replace.
