Disc Not Spinning
everything seems to work ok----the disc does not spin

The CD player does not operate.
R26; Did you close the CD lid?
R26; Did you place the disc correctly? The disc should be placed with the labeled side up.
R26; Dusty or defective disc-Clean the disc with an optional cleaning cloth. Wipe the disc from the center out.
R26; Take out the CD and leave the CD compartment open for about an hour to get rid of moisture condensation.
