Teach Me How To Connect With The Internet

i have a SONY ICD BP RECORDER. The MEMORY of the RECODER has already full. I want it to memorise more in this RECODER, so i try to make a file in the PC. but PC is not working because of no DISC. I do not know how to find the DISK. please teach me this problem!
