No Picture But Sound Working Fine

my display panel works but there's no picture except 4 a pink screen with white lines Nd when I switch it on it shows black screen with blue line running horizontal.qhat could be the problem with my panel?

Click on the menu, go to the image section and check if everything is set properly. Check to see if the TV's brightness and picture settings are okay. If they are not properly set, make necessary adjustments and check to see if the TV starts to display pictures.
