Battery Is Not Holding Charge

Please try these options:
1) Take out the battery and then put it back to reset everything once. Now try to charge it again to see if it is holding up the charging now.
2) Take out the battery and check if there is bulging that occurred on the battery, if so, this may mean that you may need to replace your battery.

Please try these options:
