Sony Dvp-cx875p Door Won't Open. Can Hear It Trying To Change Cd. Seems Frozen.
Unit seems frozen. It's hooked up to a media room and gets very little use. Hasn't been used in months. Noticed it was making a noise like to was trying to change the disk. Can't get it to stop. Can't open the door. Can't power it down. I have to unplug it. Help!
