Error Message E62:11 Showing Up On Screen Repeatedly

Error message E62:11 showing up on screen repeatedly I can turn the camera on and off, and have also replaced the SD card, but neither solves the problem. The error message reappearsagain after a short while.

These error codes appear when the Self-diagnosis function works. As your camera is equipped with Balanced Optical SteadyShot, if excessive force is applied to the lens while the power is on, the protection of the lens driving circuit may be activated and the error code may be displayed.
In this case, remove and insert the battery to cancel the error message. When cleaning the lens, use a soft cloth to wipe and be careful not to apply force to the lens.
