Programing Remote Control

What code do I use to program my sony DAV-FC7 to my Dish remote control?

The known codes are listed in the user manual on page 58.  It can be downloaded here:  http://www.helpowl.com/manuals/Sony/DAVFC7/58042

There is no listing for a Disk Network converter box.  The only codes listed for cable boxes are in the range of 100 to 130.  I would try each of those.
