The Remote Control Is Not Working ... Any Advise ?

For some reason remote control failures seem to be more common than failures of the systems they control. You can probably get a replacement from Sony [use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/sony/customer-service] but chances are it will be overpriced and may fail just like the first one. Instead pick a universal model from an electronics store or even a drug store, or from Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/ [search for "remote control" at the top]. Another good source is https://www.remotes.net/. Inexpensive universal remotes from Philips are reliable and work well. Just make sure before purchase that any remote will work with your system.
