I Couldnot Press Navigation, Selection,back Key In My W715 Phone.

it became hang and i could not press selection key,navigation key, back key, and shortcut key.And i have problem of not charging the phone properly too. i tried for new charger too but it doesnot worked. what to do? i have been facing this problem since 2 weeks.
