Can't Create An Account

hi all i am trying to create an account but it said cannot open account because it has similar information to an another account,,it says speak to customer service, i don't think i've ever had a skrill account before,,,,also says If you have forgotten your original credentials for your active account, please retrieve your password below. i get an email to verify my email address when i press on the link it says need to contact customer support, i've tried the forgot password option,,says contact us to retrieve your password, but i cannot contact customer support none of the phone numbers work. does anyone know what i can do to fix this problem?
