Hello dear support, I have challenges in accessing my skrill account. I have tried to reset the password but it still says that the password or email are invalid. Kindly help me out.Thank you

Sorry for your problems. These ridiculous rejections of valid email addresses and passwords have recently become common. I've found that typing the information by hand (rather than using the system clipboard or a password manager to enter it) will often solve.

It's possible the problem is on your end. If so, follow the steps I've put at the end.

For your email address, it's also possible that your Internet Service Provider may give you a solution. In the worst case you may have to use a different email address: Gmail will let you receive its mail at your current (other) mailbox.

Another course is to appeal to Skrill's customer service. Call the old number (800-238-9984) for the new number, which appears to be in the United Kingdom--or follow the recorded instructions for making contact via email.

If the problem is on your end:

1. Clear your cache and cookies. How you do that depends on your browser. In Firefox, use its toolbar to go to Tools|Options|Privacy, and then click "clear your recent history." See your own browser's help section if you don't know how. If the problem is not solved...

2. Restart your computer. If the problem is not solved...
