Money In My Skrill Account But I Cant Seem To Access It.

i have an account with skrill which digimedia ltd (gaming casino) transfered $3000 2days ago. On my skrill account it says there is $3000 in there but available balance is $0.00 zero.How long does it take to clear,i opened up the skrill acc in may i did a deposit from my bank to my skrill acc.thats the only transaction that has happened since i opened the acc. Until now that i want to withdraw my money seems to hard to do. All i want is the money i have promised to my daughter i would get her a mobile phone need help please. I have 2 email addresses with skrill i went to help desk and sent an email to them in return i got from them was I Dont Know You.Please help

You have to iron this out with Skrill. You say you sent Skrill an email, but I can't know what you included in it. There's no American agency that has jusridiction over Skrill. Your written complaint should have all the specific details, and a certified letter would be better. Here's the contact information:
