Why Arent They Sonlving My Problem? Very Poor Cutomer Service..

hello there! I needed to submit my identity verification to my skrill account, i have my scanned documents too. when i submit my ID it's not being loaded.even though i contacted skrill customer service several times they did not response. I'm so disappointed with their service. please solve the matter as soon as possible.thank you.

Sorry for your problems. Some companies' customer service is indeed abominable. My advice is:

If you reached a rep, try customer service again. Ask politely but firmly for a supervisor or manager.
It's likely that you never reached a rep. Calling Skrill is iffy at best. Instead, use the page at https://help.skrill.com/en/ContactSkrill..
Skip customer service and call or write corporate. Use the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/skrill/Corporate%20Office.
Consider a complaint site like https://www.gripeo.com/ or http://www.consumeraffairs.com/, each of which is designed to get action from the offending companies.
