Top Thread And Bobbin

Please help me.....for some reason my sewing machine top thread and bobbin thread are not stitching when i hook it all up according to the instructions......

If, when you start to sew, you find that the stitching is irregular,

you will need to adjust the tension control. Do this, however,

only after you have determined that the machine is correctly
