Bobbin Case, Singer 4423 Hd#q6a0764000

When I get to start sewing put bobben in place turn round nob on far right foot down catch the bobben thread ok , put meterial under foot turn round big nob , then push on foot feed elrctrical part thread wrap around bobben case , look like bobben case jumps all aroung and jame up just got this unit Jan 19,2013 anss first time useing it .... ,,,,,,,,,,,help please.....pat
