Bottom Stitch To Loose
I can not get the stitching on the bottom side of fabric to tighten up. there is an excessive amount of thread coming out and then balls up. But the top side of the fabric is stitched fine. Any suggestions. And I have already tired playing with the tension but nothing seems to change.

The loopies on the bottom mean there's very little tension on the top thread. more information on the linkbelow.
