Can't Save Photobook.

When I try to save my photobook, it fails and error is "Request to URL timed out."  I called tech support and thye told me to remove my cookies. It was saving intermittanlty after that, usually only when I would do a "save as" and changed the name of the photo book.  Now it won't even save that way.
