Hi, I'm Hearing Impaired So Can't Call. Yesterday, I Had My Photo Book All Arra
My photo book was all arranged then said pix didn't upload. I need them back in that order. Hearing impaired. Can't call. They are all showing as uploaded but can't get them back the same way

Hello, that is very unfortunate that your photo book layout was not saved. If you have all the pictures uploaded, but can't get them laid out the same way, you can live chat with Shutterfly customer support and they can help you to lay out the pictures similarly. They may be able to restore your photo book layout to how it was, but that might be a long shot.
