The Machine Locked
while doing a transaction the machine locked up before was completed. Now I can't proceed.

Do a reset. Go to http://www.sharp-register.com/Default.aspx?tabid=99&Agg473_SelectTab=5, and expand the third issue ["How do I reset...."]. Note that there are two reset procedures; try the "initial" procedure first.
