To clear your register's memory, use the resetting (Z) function. To get a better idea of exactly what that means, navigate to here and go to page 59.
Evidently, you can also clear all memory by re-initializing the cash register. To find out how, use the same link I gave you above and this time go to page 9. If I were a betting man, I'd say you'll have more luck with attempting the re-initialization method.
